Tailored for individuals in need of deeper work. Firm pressure is applied with slower strokes to work deeper layers of muscle and fascia.

Lymphatic system stimulation. A light, gentle and rhythmic pumping technique is applied along the lymph nodes to aid in releasing excess fluid retention and toxins.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
This massage is designated solely for expecting mothers of 12+ weeks. Light and gentle pressure. This can ease tension, stress and provide comfort.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
A relaxing massage using warm basalt stones and using varying pressure to decrease tension and promote well-being.
