This massage is for those interested in a relaxing full-body massage. Light to firm pressure combined with gliding, cross-fiber, and kneading techniques. 

A full body massage, tailored for individuals in need of deeper work.  Firm pressure is applied with slower strokes to work deeper layers of muscle and fascia. 

An ideal massage for stimulating the lymphatic system.  A light, gentle and rhythmic massage technique is applied along the lymph nodes to aid in safely releasing excess fluid retention and toxins. Furthermore, lymphatic massage helps with digestive problems, headaches, allergies, inflammation, reduces swelling after surgery, and strengthens the immune system.

This massage is designated solely for expecting mothers of 12+ weeks.  Light and gentle pressure.  We focus on areas that experience stain during pregnancy; head, neck, shoulders, back, and feet. This can ease tension, stress and provide comfort. 

A combination of table massage with traditional Thai massage. A series of stretches are performed focusing on what is necessary for the client. Muscle compression, joint mobility and acupressure points will be stimulated. This will increase muscle flexibility, range of movement, relieves stress, and decrease inflammation. 

Firm to deep pressure is applied during this massage. A combination of four modalities is used to stimulate and provide relief to chronic pains or conditions found throughout the body. Each massage is customized to target a client's needs.  The mixed modalities consist of Acupressure, Table Thai Massage, Reflexology, and Cupping.

 A sequence of 10 high-grade essential oils dispersed along the spine and foot meridians. Light to firm pressure and Tibetan Vita Flex technique combined while stimulating pressure points. Relieves muscle tension. Stimulates circulation. Improves immune function. Re-balances nervous system. *Not recommended for individuals with sensitivities to essential oils.

Full body castor oil wrap. Stimulating lymphatic circulation dry brushing. Vital system toxin release on amethyst mat. Foot massage included.  

This treatment focuses on the scalp and feet, areas where we hold a majority of stress and tension.  Light to firm compression is applied to acupressure points. Head and neck muscles are invigorated to aid in releasing excess fluid retention.
